Stirchley Village
The village blacksmith John Hall, standing outside his smithy, next to the Three Horseshoes public house Notce the sign saying Hazelwell Street: this dates the photograph to sometime after 1902. The smithy was, I believe, demolished in the 1920's but would have been at the present junction of Hazelwell Street and Umberslade Road.
