National Express West Midlands, operators of the number 27 bus are carrying out a review of the South Birmingham Bus Network, and as part of this review, they are proposing the withdrawal of the number 27 bus from the roads around Bournville and Stirchley.

If proposals go ahead to withdraw the 27, this will leave a significant part of Bournville without any public transport. There would also be no link up with Bournville Railway station which is a common stop for commuters from parts of Bournville who use the 27 to get to or from the railway station as part of their daily work commute.
We know how important the 27 bus is to local residents, so PLEASE complete our petition below so that we can submit it to National Express West Midlands, the City Council and Transport for West midlands.
