The event starts at 11 am and ends at 4pm.
We have all the usual suspects including

Remember that all the above are free and this coupled with Free entry has to be the bargain of the summer.
There will be stores selling various products and a hot food van.
Music is being provided by DNR Roadshow.
Also let's not Forget the World Famous (In Stirchley) Raffle, with many valuable prizes provided very generously by local business's
(Look for the Stirchley Oscars after the event to see who has supported us again this year)
We have some great prizes up for grabs for just £1.00 PER TICKET Available on the day Only from your Stirchley Neighbourhood Forum Stall.
I very much hope to see you all on the day, see you on the 2nd September.

Just five days to go and most of the work is done now just a bit more running around for me and a lot of effort by all on Saturday morning.
Let's hope that the sun shines this year, all the rides are booked ans so are the stalls, we have just two more pitches available should anyone want to book them (no more caterers or face painters though)
Our Lord Mayor Councilor Anne Underwood is coming along at midday to officially open the event although as you know the doors open at 11am.
And have you seen the prize list for the world famous (in Stirchley) take a look at it below,

One again the local business's have donated some wonderful prizes most of them are on the list.
Should you feel like helping out we will be in the park around 7am putting it together and after 4pm taking it apart, please feel free to join in.
Hope to see you all on Saturday.
Kind regards
Pete.

Good Morning All.
After months of preparation we are just one day away from Bash day.
Everything is in place (hopefully) including the sunshine (couldn't possibly be any worse weather wise compared  to last year)

I have just two more raffle prizes to pick up this morning and that will take the total to over 70 quality prizes, Later this afternoon I will be meeting our forum secretary (Rowena) who once again has worked her socks off to make this happen at Stirchley park to mark out the positions of everything ready for in the morning.

I will need to be in the Park tomorrow at around 6:30 am to get the bollard removed (the key fits the lock,) so that the army of volunteers can get in and start putting up Gazebo's man the gate so that the rides and stall holders can be guided into place, Some of these rides only just about fit down the drive, we have had some heart stopping moments, after all, if one get's stuck it's game over.

But, the only thing that makes the work all worthwhile is if you all turn up, so come along from 11 am bring the kids and lets make these expensive rides earn their keep, Don't forget, there is no charge to get in, no charge to use the rides, but please buy a Raffle ticket (Only a pound each) so we can do it all again.

Don't like to gamble? we are very happy to accept a donation on the day at the Stirchley Neighbourhood Forum Raffle stall.

See you tomorrow
Pete
