Tesco complaint advice
« on: November 02, 2016, 07:46:37 AM »
Hi

The Tesco land has become a dumping ground.  They don't even appear to be prepared to put up proper hoardings and the area in front of the British Oak looks awful.

Can anyone advise who the best person to complain to is?

I'm guessing the lack of care for the demolition site doesn't bode well for the future - normally building areas have requirements for hoardings and to keep clear but Tesco appear to be able to get away without.  Stirchley looks increasingly terrible as a result.

Thanks for any advice in advance.

Shel

Had another Planning Notice delivered today 2016/09029/PA

It concerns various changes around the site and is open for comments until 01/12/2016.

With regards to complaining, if you use Twitter that's a good place to express concerns as companies tend to respond as its a public forum.

I've found McCabe to be pretty good on twitter.  I know he's pee'd off about the traveller issue.

Mary Locke is a bit of a chocolate teapot in my opinion.

Looking at those plans it doesn't appear that too much has changed.

I am still convinced that Hunts Road and Twyning Road will become rat runs for people looking to avoid the supermarket traffic.

Looks like we've got to put up with the eyesore for even longer.  Tesco refuse to commit to a build start date.

@ Kwacky

If TESCO continue to drag their heels at this rate we will have both LIDL and ALDI fully operational before them!  ;D
