Abandoned Car at the bottom of Oxford Street
« on: August 09, 2016, 11:43:15 AM »
There is a Ford KA near the domestic owned garages which has been smashed up and looks to have been stolen, I have 101'd it to the police but there are no reports on it so it has to remain there. Anyone got any further details ? There is glass on the street and it is unsafe if a child decides to get in it.

We've had a black ford zetec dumped in our road since end of June.
Reported to 101 - same response as you got, local police, council - even less interested than the police and dvla as it's not taxed.

Again looks like it's been in an accident as damaged both sides and wing mirrors smashed.

Is this a problem on any other roads or has anyone had any joy getting them moved?

I think the council waits for the local scrotes to set fire to them before they get moved.

Oh tried that weeks ago.
Spoke to them recently and won't do anything without me contacting DVLA which I've also done several weeks ago.

Just seem to get nowhere with anyone "official"
